We begin every engagement by understanding the board's history, its current rhythm, and the questions it hasn't yet found language for. That understanding shapes everything that follows.
Review with Care
We examine roles, decision rights, oversight structures, and risk — and we note what we find honestly. Our reviews aim to surface the things boards already sense but haven't yet named.

This service is well suited for boards that are functioning adequately but want an outside perspective — or for ownership groups that have never formally reviewed how decisions are structured. It is complete in itself and carries no obligation to continue.

This service suits organizations that have identified governance gaps they want to address gradually — without a large intervention. The three-month frame allows a board to try new structures, see how they feel in practice, and make adjustments with an advisor present throughout.

The confidential interview process often surfaces perspectives that are difficult to share in an open board meeting.
